Document Description
Calaveras County Public Works Dept., in conjunction with Caltrans and the Federal Highway Administration, intends to replace an existing functionally obsolete bridge. The new bridge will be approx. 60 feet long and 26 feet wide and will accommodate two 10-foot lanes with 2 foot shoulders and barrier rails. New approaches will conform to the existing roadway. Construction of the proposed bridge is planned to commence in the spring of 2020 or later. Project duration is expected to be one season, but could extend to two seasons due to regulatory limitations on work periods.
