East Bay Regional Park District (Lead Agency) adopted the Concord Hills Regional Park Land Use Plan (Plan) and certified the EIR. The Plan is for a new regional park on 2,543 acres of the former Concord Naval Weapons Station, within the City of Concord, in Contra Costa County. The Plan guides future decisions affecting uses and management of the Park. The Plan includes projects for: trail and facility development; public access and recreation; land management; public safety; and natural and cultural resources.
