Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0346-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, State of California Department of Transportation. The larger project will realign segments of the existing Highway 20 between the Yuba River and approximately 0.3 mile east of Lower Smartsville Road, in Yuba County, California. The project is limited to construction of new drainage systems needed for new alignment, construction of a new bridge on one of the re-aligned segments and replacement or rehabilitation of existing drainage systems to accommodate widening shoulders or realigned segments.
