The project applicant is requesting Architecture and site approval to construct a new single-family residence on a 20,000 sf parcel. The project's driveway access would be from the east off Alpine Ave. The proposed residence in total would be 4,044 sf. The proposed residence integrates the floor area into a massing that steps with the site's natural contours. The proposed residence is designed on two levels. The lower floor is composed of the attached garage (558 sf) two bedrooms, a multipurpose room, a bathroom, and storage and mechanical areas. Directly above is the upper floor, encompassing the master bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen and living area, an additional bedroom and bathroom, a water feature, and patio area.
