Document Description
This Land Use Plan Amendment for a 1,328 acre project area will include: minor change in uses of the existing trail system and expansion of existing parking and water systems in the 679-acre Preserve sub-area; appending the 389-acre area that comprises the Western Hills Sub-area and expanding trail mileage; and in the 250-acre McCosker Sub-area, restoration of a creek and its tributaries, development of a destination, reservation only interpretive and group campsite, and expansion of the trail system consistent with the provisions of the 2013 EBRPD Master Plan.
