Document Description
The proposed project would include removal of illegally-placed fill, restoration of the creek bank using biotechnical bank stabilization measures, and modifications to the parking lot located at the top of the bank to allow for improved management of stormwater runoff. The proposed project would additionally include the planting of native shrubs, grasses, and/or other native riparian species and the installation of irrigation throughout. The proposed project would require a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement, 401 Water Quality Certification, Flood Encroachment Permit, Watercourse Permit, and Grading Permit.
