- Demolition and replacement of existing fixed pier structure, gangway and floating dock with a new fixed pier and floating dock in the same general location on city-owned tide lots. The pier would be supported by 17 twelve in diameter piles and would extend perpendicularly from the shoreline. The fixed pier includes a 6 ft x 10 ft pier landing, and 4-ft wide walkway extending from the base of the shorefront that would lead to a 16-ft x 25 ft pier head that would extend seaward and to the south of the walkway's centerline. Proposed floating dock would be connected to pier by 30 ft long gangway. Floating dock would be anchored by 4 twelve in diameter piles. New wood-framed stairs are proposed that would provide access to the beach. Total proposed square footage would be 993 sf.
