The project includes clearing, grubbing, and installing a temporary stream diversion system and temporary road. Additional construction includes demolishing and removing the existing bridge structure, constructing a new bridge superstructure, roadway improvements, and placing rock slope protection within the channel. The final stage of construction involves removing the temporary diversion system and temporary road, and restoring the channel to pre-construction conditions.
