Document Description
The project would demolish the existing 35,080 sq. ft. of vacant commercial structures on the 3.54-acre project site and construct a new 50-room hotel with associated spa, 100-seat restaurant, and retail areas. The project would include an on-site wastewater treatment facility to treat all effluent generated by the project. The wastewater treatment system would be primarily underground with a small shed above ground. Underground facilities would include filters, leachlines, and storage tanks.
