The City proposes prezoning the subject property General Industrial (M-1). The site contains an existing fueling station that was permitted to be development by Sonoma County. An Outside Service Area Agreement (OSAA) was approved by the Cloverdale City Council and Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) in June of 2014 for the extension of water and sewer utilities to the site, which were necessary to support the construction of the Renner Card Lock and Fueling Station.
