Phase 5, with building permits to be issued within eight years, include the construction fo a 58,800 sq. ft. storage building. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). Project site is located on the north side of East Jones Road, 653 feet east of St. John Avenue, Escalon.
