CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0178-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, 331 Greer Road LLC.
Project is limited to repairs on two bridges, one crossing Squealer Creek and one crossing West Union Creek. Bridge repairs are limited to the removal of wooden board decking, installation of reinforcement steel beams, and the installation of new wooden board decking.
