Caltrans proposes to improve the SR 99 corridor through the downtown core of the city of Live Oak in Sutter County from just south of Ash St to just north of Ramsdell Dr, by widening the highway from two lanes to four lanes and install streetscape improvements. The total length of the project is approx one and a half miles long.
