Document Description
The applicant is requesting a minor use permit to construct a wireless telecommunication facility that includes a 180-ft tall self-supporting lattice tower with a 15-ft broadcast antenna, bringing the height to 195 ft, a 12'x20' pre-fabricated unmanned equipment shelter, propane powered generator with a 1,000 gallon tank back up batteries to be stored in the equipment shelter within a 2,500 sf leased area, and gravel road to serve the site. Two existing lattice towers are proposed to be removed as part of this project.
