Document Description
Kaiser Permanente is proposing a project with three components: 1) The addition of medical office as an allowable use in the planned development zoning district for an existing, approx 148,000 gsf office building located at 1650 Los Gamos Dr in San Rafael, to be utilized as a medical office building; 2) The construction of an up to 476-space, three level plus upper ramp, parking structure on the existing surface parking lot located to the west of 1650 Los Gamos Dr that will primarily serve Kaiser Permanente employees working at the MOB, 3) Continued use of the existing 42 parking spaces located adjacent to 1650 Los Gamos Dr, on the 1600 Los Gamos Dr property. Kaiser Permanente has legal access to the use of those parking spaces through an easement and is not proposing any changes to the parking spaces.
