Document Description
The project area is approx 55 acres along Brockway Rd, Estates Dr, and to the Truckee River. The project includes the Brockway Rd Meadow Complex along Brockway Rd, just east of the intersection of Palisades and Old Brockway Rd at the south end of the project site; the meadow complex and irrigation pond to the east of Old Brockway Rd, which is bordered by Estates Dr to the north and Ponderosa Golf course to the south. The project continues to the north side of Estates Dr, encompassing the drainage system that flows toward the Truckee River, which marks the northernmost end of the project.
