Document Description
The proposed Project consists of the construction of a below ground combined sewer system water vault and necessary appurtenant facilities. The underground MWV storage facility includes a max 1,000,000 cubic feet storage structure approx. 300 ft. wide by 350 ft. long with a below ground odor control facility. The above-ground appurtenant facilities would be located adjacent to the storage facility and contain electrical and control equipment cabinets and possibly attached to a new restroom facility. The vault would be connected, by inlet and outlet pipes, to the existing combined sewer system that surrounds McKinley Park. The 42-in. combined sewer system pipe under the jogging path along 33rd St is anticipated to be the location of one inlet and outlet pipe. Also a below ground power connection to existing facilities along Park Way.
