Document Description
The proposed project is a condo project located on a formerly developed parcel. The applicant proposed to demolish the existing structures and build 23 condo units. The project site is 5 acres and is zoned for high density residential uses. The project will consist of 23 detached units ranging in size from 2,100 sf to 2,450 sf. Each unit will have a two car garage. Additional parking is provided on spaces located off the internal access road.
