The proposed project includes construction and operation of a recreational bike park on a +/-9 acre site on Maidu Drive. The bike park would provide a variety of trails and tracks for various skill levels and activities. The project would also include a disabled accessible picnic area, restrooms, and observation area adjacent to the existing Canyon View Community Center parking lot and includes maintenance on existing trails in the vicinity.
