Document Description
The proposed project includes a GPA affecting the city's general plan land use element to change the land use designation for sites 1-5 from Urban Activities Center to Residential Community; change the land use designation for site 6 from portions open space and portions UAC to entirely OS; and delete the UAC land use designation, including related narrative and one implementation measure. The proposed project also includes a zoning code amendment affecting various portions of the city's municipal code to delete the UAC zoning district, and establish a new RC-Maintenance zoning overlay district, as well as zone changes affecting the city's zoning map to change the zoning district for sites 1-5 from UAC to RC with the RC-MT Zoning overlay district and the rezoning of site 6 to all open space-Recrea.
