The project includes a new mixed-use development consisting of 735 multi-family residential units and approx 95,820 sf of neighborhood-serving commercial uses, including market/retail uses. The proposed uses would be provided within four buildings that would be up to six stories with a max height of 75 ft. The project would also include 79,955 sf of open space. Upon completion, approx 845,868 sf of floor area would be located within the project site.
