Document Description
The proposed project will involve development and operation of a new Transitional Kindergarten through sixth grade elementary school with preschool and special education programs on an approx 17-acre site. The new school facilities will accommodate up to 1,550 students and 125 staff. The school will have a total floor area of approx 103,600 gsf including joint use facilities and approx 335,000 gsf of outdoor spaces. The new school will accommodate student growth in the Platinum Triangle area and may accommodate additional students from overcrowded schools in other parts of the District.
