Document Description
The proposed project consists of construction of a new charter school campus for 500 K-8 students with long-range buildout capacity of 700. Four school buildings totaling 64,577 sf and containing 35 classrooms would be developed in the middle of the site. The campus would include one soccer field and several hardcourts. Site access would be via three driveways two from Boxwood Ave along the west site boundary, and one from Mariposa Road along the northwest site boundary. One parking lot with about 187 stalls would be built in the west side of the site. The existing Pathways to College campus would be closed and relocated to the proposed campus. CUP 17-00001
