- The proposed project includes a specific plan that would allow construction of a residential care facility for the elderly with 85 units and up to 99 beds. The site would be developed with a single building of varying heights and include parking facilities, landscape and hardscape areas, and a 9,200 sq. ft. garden available for community access. The EIR will evaluate the impacts of the project that can only proceed if it is approved by the City voters pursuant to City code.
