Document Description
The Lot Line Adjustment would remedy an existing situation onsite, wherein the existing house straddles the three parcels, by placing the entirety of the residence, the associated structural setback area, yard area, and driveway within one parcel. The Lot Line Adjustment would not increase the number of residentially developable lots and does not include or permit any new development. In addition, no changes are proposed to the parcels' access (hwy 154, Foothill Rd via La Vista Rd, Debra Dr, Antone Rd, and Barger Canyon Rd), water supplies (private well water and Goleta Water District), or wastewater treatment (private septic). The Road Naming request would name the existing private road, which would continue to serve six existing parcels, Vista Santa Barbara Way.
