Note: Extended Per Lead The proposed project consists of a six parcel, vesting tentative map application (H1, H1-A, H2, H2-A, R1, and R2), site plan review, architectural review, and conditional use permits on the 10.64-acre project site. Development would consist of 420 multi-family residential units, 216 hotel rooms, and a restaurant. Existing lots would be merged. Several streets would be abandoned and new street dedicated. An existing sewer pump station would be relocated within the site. A conservation easement of 0.9 acres would be dedicated.
