The proposed project consists of an application for approval of a vesting tentative map for four parcels (H1, H2, R1, and R2) and site plan review, architectural review, and CUP approvals for hotel and multi-family development. Development would consist of 420 multifamily residential units and 216 hotel rooms. Existing lots would be merged. Several streets would be abandoned and new street dedicated. An existing sewer pump station would be relocated.
