- Document Description
- This segment of SR-133 has a higher than average collision rate due to the non-standard lane drop in both directions from the El Toro Road interchange. This project proposes to reduce the number of collisions by extending the second travel lane northbound by 600 ft, extending the acceleration lane 900 ft in the southbound direction and reassigning the exclusive right-turn lane to an optional right/left turn lane on westbound El Toro Road in the city of Laguna Beach, County of Orange. (PM 3.1/3.6)
