Alternatively, approx. 50,000 sq. ft. of office uses and approx. 5,000 sq. ft. of additional neighborhood serving commercial retail uses may be constructed in lieu of the 55,000 sq. ft. grocery store. The proposed uses would primarily be located within one building approx. 262.5 feet in height. Upon completion, approx. 484,421 sq. ft. of floor area would be located within the Project site.
