- The applicant is proposing to replace the existing Dogwood Rd Bridge (No. 58C-0042) with a new structure with the bridge deck elevations raised approx two ft above the current elevation since the freeboard clearance has been almost completely eliminated due to land surface subsidence and the accumulation of debris, which restrict the flow beneath the bridge. The project is located north of Dogwood and Willoughby Road intersection.
