Document Description
The Miracosta Community College District Oceanside Campus Facilities Master Plan is necessary to address the identified space deficiencies and functionality issues currently present on campus, as well as support the projected student, faculty, and staff growth for this campus. In order to accommodate this growth and the changing needs of the student body, faculty and staff, new facilities would be constructed, demolition of old facilities would occur, modernization and remodeling of existing facilities would occur and several landscaping and infrastructure upgrades would be implemented.
