Document Description
An addendum (Addendum 1) to the previously approved Mitigated Negative Declaration for the High Desert Water Bank project was prepared in accordance with CEQA guidelines to incorporate minor project changes which result in no additional impacts and no changes to the feasibility of implementation of previously identified mitigation actions for the project as previously adopted. Addendum 1 was considered in conjunction with the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration and adopted by Resolution of the AVEK Board of Directors on October 26, 2021.
