Document Description
The County of SB proposes to construct a 23,643 sf fleet services building on 4.8 acres located northeast of Tokay St, east of the intersection of Tokay St and Cottonwood Ave in the city of Victorville, San Bernardino, CA. In addition to the fleet services building, the proposed project would include an infiltration basin along the northern portion of the site, and a 34-stall parking lot along the southern portion of the site. Once constructed, the proposed project would employ 7 full time employees during normal working hours. In addition to employees commuting to their service center, there would be an estimated 25 fleet vehicle visits to the site daily.
