The applicant requests that a CUP be granted to authorize an agricultural contractor's service and storage yard within an existing office building and fenced area that was formerly used as a tomato inspection facility. The ACSSY will be used for the storage and delivery of two types of items: 1) agricultural chemicals and supplies, and 2) aluminum irrigation pipe and hoop houses (available for rent). The facility will not be open to the general public. The facility will be used for wholesale sales to only agricultural operators.
