The proposed project would remove the solar panels and other project facilities within the ROW for the CA High-Speed Rail Project and relocate them to an adjacent parcel located on agriculturally zoned land three miles north of the city of Corcoran. The project would include construction and operation of a 3.12 MV PV solar generation facility on approx 17 acres of land, along with associated electrical equipment and other related facilities. Power generated would be delivered using the existing 115 kV power lines via an existing substation.
