- Note: Extended Review Per Lead Project is a new mixed-use development consisting of 658 multi-family residential units and an estimated 27,300 sq. ft. of neighborhood serving commercial uses, including approx. 13,650 sq. ft. of retail space and approx. 13,650 sq .ft. of restaurant space. The proposed multi-family residential and commercial uses would be provided within three buildings that vary in height up to a maximum height of approx. 77 feet. The proposed uses would be supported by 1,217 parking spaces, which would be distributed throughout the Project Site in two subterranean parking levels and in two above-grade parking levels located within each of the three buildings. In total, the project would provide approx. 70,175 sq. ft. of open space.
