Document Description
The project involves building a new retaining wall behind an existing wall along the backyard of the residence. The new wall will be a soldier pile retaining wall that will be approximately 48 feet long. The existing post and lagging wooden wall will be left in place. The height of the new wall will approximately match the elevation of the existing wall, which is approximately 12 feet above the streambed. The wall will be supported with approximately 9, 24-inch diameter drilled piers installed about six feet apart. The piers will be reinforced concrete and will have pier spanning concrete lagging. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0202-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
