Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0352-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to City of Benicia. The project is limiting City of Benicia (Permittee) to conduct routine maintenance activities in the City of Benicia that fall under the jurisdiction and responsibility of Permittee. Routine Maintenance shall be defined as those periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of stream channels and maintain the structural and functioning integrity of existing food control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams.
