Issued Right of Entry Permit to the City of Sacramento to stage a crane across two train track alignments, operated by the Sacramento Southern Railroad, located in Old Sacramento State Historic Park. The crane will not be placed on the tracks.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
