Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0275-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to North Tahoe Marina, Inc.
The maintenance work will consist of dredging of approx. 750 cubic yards of accumulated sediments from the entrance to the marina, the boat launch facilities and the berthing slip area of the marina proper on an annual basis. Dredging would occur through the use of suction dredge equipment and/or a long reach excavator.
