Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0114-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Gregory G. Heller. Project is limited to removal and replacement of storm damaged or broken wooden pilings support joists, pier decking and existing utilities on the pier as necessary to restore the pier. Damaged or broken wooden pilings will be removed and new steel pipe pilings will be driven into the lake bed as replacements. Damaged wooden support joists will be replaced with steel joists. All piling removal and replacement work will be conducted by equipment mounted on a barge or amphibious vehicle. Physical access to the project site from the beach will be restricted to a defined pathway.

Project is intended as a repair project to repair a storm damaged pier. During this process all replacement parts will be installed per current local and State code requirements.
