Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) pursuant to authority granted under the California Code of Regulations Sections 25200 and 25201.6 approved the Standardized Hazardous Waste Facility Permit Renewal (Permit) for the Atlas Precious Metals, Inc. (Atlas). The Permit authorized the storage and treatment of jewelry polishing dust from jewelry manufactures.
DTSC issued Atlas a Standardized Hazardous Waste Permit on May 23, 2006 that expired on May 22, 2016. The Permit would be in effect for 10 years and would subject Atlas to the terms and conditions set forth in the Permit, which also incorporates by reference the approved Permit Application.
