The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. M & L Office (Pandol Brothers Farms) installed a 100-gallon per minute, 790-foot deep well and 20-horsepower pump in October 2015. A 48-square foot by 8-foot tall shade shelter was also constructed in October. And an electrical panel and a 2-foot diameter, 4-foot tall pressure tank was installed under the shade shelter. The 119-gallon, 125-psi pressure tank was connected to the system with 8-foot of 1-inch galvanized piping. The electrical panel was also connected to the system with an 8-foot line. The construction agreement for office building was approved in March 2016 and construction started in April 2016. An 850-foot long 2-inch PVC piping was installed from the well to the new 13,600 square foot office building in May 2016. The 2-inch piping connects up with installed 1-inch piping within the building and a 1-foot diameter, by 2-foot tall ISOLUX Arsenic Removal unit. The unit includes 4 replaceable filter cartridges to remove Arsenic III and IV from the water. The project will provide for the operation of these facilities.
