The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0037-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Sacramento Municipal Utilities District. The project is limited to installation of conduit to replace cable along Old Auburn Road below Cripple Creek employing the use of horizontal directional drilling.
