The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this project. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The City of Yreka proposes to prepare a preliminary engineering report, environmental documentation, site surveying, and plans and specifications for the construction of the Davis Well, Replacement of the Lower Humbug Tank, and Replacement of the Shasta Belle Tank.
