CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0470-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. Ryan Hilbum. The project is limited to 31 encroachments, including the reconstruction and temporary use of 2 existing ford crossings, restoration and temporary use of 1 existing ford crossing, and the installation of 28 temporary crossings at existing ford crossings on Williams, Cheney, and Willard Creeks, to access land for the purposes of salvage logging under Emergency Notice of Timber Operations exemption permitted by Forestry and Fire Protection Department.
