Document Description
Tuolumne County proposes to perform preventative maintenance on 11 county bridges. These bridges are eligible for preventative maintenance under the FHWA BPMP. Work on each bridge may include methacrylate and polyester concrete deck treatments, replacement of asphalt concrete bridge approaches, replacement of joint seals, removal and repair of unsound concrete, repair of concrete spalls, repair or replacement of deteriorated railings, repair to existing erosion control measures, and spot painting. All work is preventative in nature and will be confined to the bridge decks, superstructure and abutment areas within existing Tuolumne County ROW. No work will occur in the channels, within or below the ordinary high-water mark. Ground disturbance will be limited to previously disturbed soil.
