The proposed project involves the conversion of an existing approx 658-sf retail area to a quick service deli restaurant located at Coronado Ferry Landing, 1201 First St Suite #107 in the city of Coronado, CA. The space proposed for use as a quick service deli restaurant is paved and enclosed and is currently vacant. However, the space has previously been occupied by retail uses, most recently as a cigar shop who's operations included sales. The project proposes a quick-service deli restaurant with 10 seats, and associated fit-out construction. Specifically, the operations of Crown Town Deli would consist of the sale and service of sandwiches, sodas, smoothies, snacks, slushies, salads, shaved ice, chips, beer and wine. No structural modifications to the existing building shell are proposed and the proposed use would continue to occupy the same footprint of approx 658 sf.

Class 3 consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures; and conversion of existing small structures from one use to another with minor modifications are made in the exterior of the structure.
