Removal of existing turfgrass, vegetation, and irrigation systems within the arterial highway median on Marguerite Parkway between Crown Valley Parkway and The Shops Blvd, and replacement with new vegetation, shrubs, and a drip irrigation system to reduce irrigation runoff and water consumption within the same reach, plus the installation of catch basin automated debris gates and connector pipe screens to prevent debris and trash from entering the public storm drain system at 54 catch basins on south of Crown Valley Parkway to the southerly City limits.
