Document Description
DGS is performing tenant improvements on the fifth floor, south tower, of the Ronald Reagan State Buildings consisting of removal of existing vinyl flooring, base and transition strips in visitor's lobby; paint walls to match existing; install new carpet tiles and base. The following items have been found to be non-compliant with 2013 CBC or the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Standards and modification of the following items is included as part of the project scope: modification of existing counters for clearance underneath; remove and replace the non-compliant writing desk with a compliant writing desk; provide an assistive listening device and new signage.

The project is not in an evnironmentally sensitive area. DGS confirms that no exception apply which would preclude the use of a NOE.
